A Story Focused on Innovation
Since 1999, Soöruz has been imagining and developing products for passionate water sports enthusiasts. The brand was founded by riders and remains true to this DNA: each range is designed in collaboration with practitioners to meet the real needs of surfers, kitesurfers, wakeboarders, and windsurfers. This participatory approach gave birth to the concept of "Rider’s vision," which has become the brand's official slogan.
From the very beginning, Soöruz has integrated environmental considerations into the design of its wetsuits. After using bamboo and recycled polyester, the brand introduced Yulex, a natural material made from guayule. It then launched the B.I.G. wetsuit made entirely of Naturalprene in 2016, followed by the Blue Line in 2018, and the Green Line in 2019 made from bio-sourced foam (oyster powder, sugarcane residue, natural rubber, and vegetable oil). In 2020, it introduced Oysterprene made from oyster shell powder for the GURU range; the following year, this material was expanded to the FIGHTER, DIVINE, and FLY+ ranges.

Innovations and Key Products
The Green Line range illustrates Soöruz's ecological advancements. Its Biöprene foam is made from a blend of oyster shell powder, natural rubber, sugarcane waste, and non-food vegetable oil, offering flexibility similar to the Fighter range. The seams are reinforced with ultra-flexible neoprene strips to enhance warmth and durability. The Storm Dry lining maintains body temperature and dries quickly, while the chest-zip opening facilitates putting on and limits water entry. Knee reinforcements further increase the wetsuit's longevity.
The Biöprene material is made from natural latex, ethylene derived from sugarcane, vegetable oil, and oyster shell powder. All neoprene waste generated during production is recycled to create accessories. This approach aligns with Soöruz's commitment to reducing environmental impact while ensuring great flexibility and performance equivalent to conventional wetsuits.
Soöruz wetsuits are available in various thicknesses of 4/3 mm, 3/2 mm, and Shorty, suitable for surfing, kiting, wakeboarding, or windsurfing.
