1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, simply contact us by email at hello@wakeon.fr indicating your order number and the products concerned.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

• Any product returned damaged, incomplete, used, or soiled will not be eligible for a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Products Excluded from Return

According to legislation, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, particularly customized or made-to-order products.

👉 On wakeon.fr, no product is excluded: all items can be returned if they meet the above conditions.

4. Deadlines and Refunds

• You have 14 days after notification of your request to return the products.

• After receiving and verifying the items, we will process the refund via the payment method used for the order.

• The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned items.

5. Exchange

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or product, simply return the item and place a new order.
