1. Delivery Areas

Wakeon.fr delivers throughout France and most countries in Europe via our partner carriers.

2. Delivery Methods

We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure shipping:

• Colissimo (La Poste)

• DPD

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of your order.

3. Delivery Times

• Average time: 2 to 4 business days in mainland France.

• Europe: 3 to 7 business days depending on the country.

• Pre-orders: the specific time is indicated directly on the product page.

⚠️ During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), delivery times may be slightly extended.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real-time on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Costs

• Free for orders over €89 in France and Europe.

• For orders under €89, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination.

6. Receiving Packages

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the package in front of the delivery person:

• If the package is damaged, it is important to refuse delivery or make specific reservations on the delivery slip.

• In case of a problem (lost, damaged, or incomplete package), quickly contact our customer service at hello@wakeon.fr so we can intervene with the carrier.
