- Double Whirly Bird (ole 720): requires a perfectly mastered simple Whirly Bird.
- Keep the arm and handle high and stable throughout both full spins.
- A more engaged pull is necessary to have time to complete both spins.
- Tuck your body on the second spin to accelerate if needed.
