How to Front Roll on a Cable Wakeboard

A toeside approach where the board turns from heel to toe (the opposite of the back roll). The basis of all forward rotations from the toeside edge.

Tips to land it

Take a toeside edge and rotate the board from heel to tip, opposite to the Back Roll.
Keep your gaze following the rotation until you spot the water.
Slightly group your body during the rotation to maintain control.
Anticipate opening your body at the end of the rotation for a cushioned landing.
