Tips to land it

• Whirly Bird with an additional BS 180: master the simple Whirly Bird before adding the half-rotation.
• Keep the arm high until the end of the full spin before initiating the 180.
• Train the timing of the additional half-rotation separately.
• Anticipate a later landing than on the classic Whirly Bird.
