Tips to land it

• BS version of the 315: first check your mastery of the BS 313 before adding the half rotation.
• Maintain full extension before initiating the BS handle pass.
• Your gaze should remain fixed on the rotation, not on the water, until the last quarter turn.
• Practice the hand pass separately, without the board, to make it automatic.
