How to BS 317 on a Cable Wakeboard

Tips to land it

• BS version of the 317: requires a very controlled BS rotation beforehand (solid BS 315).
• Compact your body as much as possible during the first two spins to gain rotation speed.
• Keep your gaze actively following the rotation until you spot the water.
• Practice the timing of the handle pass separately before integrating it into the Railey.
