Tips to land it
- S-bend with BS 720: requires a more committed takeoff to have time to spin twice as much.
- Maintain the same extension and arm position during both spins; don’t change anything mid-way.
- Slightly compact your body on the second spin to speed up the rotation if needed.
- Only attempt this with a perfectly mastered simple S-bend.
