Tips to land it

Front Roll FS 360 with a BS 180 rewind at the end of the movement: the direction change must be clean.
Keep the Crow Mobe (FS 360) well mastered before adding the rewind.
Practice the timing of the direction change separately, without the trick.
Anticipate an offset landing compared to the simple Crow Mobe.
