Tips to land it

Grab with the back hand on the heelside edge: keep your back engaged like in a classic Railey.
Grab once your body is fully extended, never anticipating before the high point.
Keep your hips high during the grab to maintain the line of your body.
Release the grab before re-piloting the handle towards your hip for landing.
