Tips to land it
- An S-bend with a FS 180 rewind: master the S-bend alone before adding the change of direction.
- The rewind should occur once the BS rotation is well engaged, not too early.
- Keep your arms high during the first part of the movement.
- Practice the change of direction without the board to automate the timing.
