A railey with an ole BS 360: instead of passing the handle from hand to hand, you keep it above your head throughout the rotation.
Tips to land it
- Railey with an ole BS 360 (handle placed above the head without passing it): keep the arm holding the handle fully extended above the head.
- The rotation happens around the fixed handle, not by turning it with the body.
- Keep your back engaged like in a classic Railey throughout the movement.
- Anticipate returning to a normal handle position just before landing.
